GWM Ora Cat Unveiled as New Electric SUV in China

The GWM Ora Cat, often referred to as the Ora 5 in international markets, showcases a design language consistent with the brand's popular Ora Funky Cat. Characterized by its distinctive circular headlights and a closed front end with a large trapezoidal air intake, the Ora Cat presents a modern yet playful aesthetic. The vehicle's dimensions position it slightly larger than the Volkswagen Taos, offering a spacious interior with a wheelbase of 2,720 mm. The Ora Cat is powered by a single electric motor from Hycet, a GWM subsidiary, delivering 150 kW (201 horsepower) of peak power.
